We collect name, gender, date of birth, email (optional) and hearing performance from users of the HealthWizard Occupational Hearing Test.

Hearing Test Users:

We use your data to evaluate your hearing and provide an assessment of your hearing.

This information is required to ensure your employer complies with their legal obligations to protect your health at work under the Control of Noise at Work Regulations, 2005.

We may use your data to provide you or your employer (on your behalf) with information and services pertinent to your hearing test. This may include an annual reminder to undertake hearing health surveillance, for instance.
